Unisonic provides warranty coverage for eligible electronic products that develop functional issues during normal use. Warranty coverage does not apply to products that show signs of:

Products must be brought to an authorized Unisonic service center or the original purchase outlet listed on your invoice. All transportation or shipping costs to the service center are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Our technical team will inspect the product to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If eligible, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
In certain cases, Unisonic may cover shipping costs. However:
If a product is found to be fully functional upon inspection
If the defect is due to physical damage or misuse,
the customer will be responsible for all related shipping expenses, including return shipping.
All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Unisonic does not guarantee that:
The site will operate without interruptions or errors
Defects will be corrected immediately
The website or hosting servers are free from viruses or harmful components
Unisonic also does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any information or material presented on the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain restrictions may not apply to you.
